A par 3 adjacent to the Virgin
River with natural wetlands to the left from tee-to-green. A slight
bailout to the front right side allows you a chance to get "up and
down" for par.

| This #1 handicap hole is
long and deceptive. It will play a little shorter if you hit a great
tee shot 225 yards straight at the green. You'll still have a
difficult shot over the bunkers fronting the green. The best
entry to this green is from the left side of the fairway. If
you can clear the trees on the grass knoll in the center of the
fairway, you'll be faced with a much easier shot into a green that
opens up from the left side. It's a tough hole in any case and
generally plays into the wind.

| This hole plays slightly
uphill and is well bunkered. The length makes this par 5 tough to
reach in two, unless wind is blowing from the southwest. Most
golfers will take at least three shots to get to the green, which is
heavily protected on the right side by deep bunkers. The best
approach to the green is from the left side of the fairway.
